|I wanted to take a moment to give some major credit to a company that has done an amazing job with handling our insurance needs during some very trying times. Lance at HLP Insurance has been handling all of my corporate and personal policies for over 10 years now. He has always made sure that my company and my family has every insurance and extra coverage to handle anything that might come up. About 2 weeks ago our family home had an electrical fire that destroyed the second floor of our house and what the flames didn't get the smoke damage did. The insurance that he had us covered with (Chubb) is the most amazing policy that I could imagine. While the fire department was still there putting out the flames I called Lance and he took care of everything needed to get my family back on track. I can not say enough good things about Lance and his company. You are really in good hands with them!

We have all of our Insurance with HLP and Our agent Stan Silver and just wanted to comment on our recent jewelry claim.
We pay a sizeable amount every year for our separate jewelry floater and of course never anticipated having to use it. However, just about a month ago, I lost a brand new purchase my husband had gifted me of a ring. Altough it wasn't a huge amount of money, it was enough and any loss of something you treasure and enjoy, is hurtfull. So, we called our agent (Stanley Silver), our very efficient and capable insurance guy. He immediately sent me the proper forms to fill out and made sure they got to the appropriate parties. From start to finish (receipt of check), it took only about two weeks and all was settled. It is certainly assuring to know we are in good hands not only with Stan, but in his absence, the entire staff of HLP Insurance.

Dear HLP Insurance Services Inc,
As my broker I am sure you are familiar with my claim. I just wanted to report to you of how well the Allied staff handled the matter.
It started when I backed my car out of my driveway with my back door wide open, I proceeded to hit the brick column attached to my gates, causing over $6,000.00 worth of damage. I called Allied immediately after the occurrence and the female claims agent was very sympathetic as she took down my information. She told me the property damage representative would call me no later than next day.
The following morning the representative called and I told him where the body shop that had my car was located. The following morning an adjuster was out to inspect and approve the damages. It was hassle free as far as I’m concerned and from what I have been told the body shop was also pleased with the courtesies extended.
I hope that I do not have another accident but if I do I will feel at ease knowing Allied will handle it to everyone’s satisfaction.
